Results of Ilja Dragunov vs. Trick Williams at WWE NXT’s Spring Breakin’ special

In the main event of WWE NXT’s Spring Breakin’ special on April 23rd 2024, Ilja Dragunov defended his world title against Trick Williams. Per the match stipulation, Williams had to leave NXT if he lost.

At one point, Williams gave Dragunov a Uranage off the barricade through the announce table. Back in the ring, Dragunov regained control and hit an avalanche H-Bomb but Williams kicked out. Dragunov delivered another one but couldn’t make the cover right away and Williams kicked out again. Williams was able to make a comeback and won the title with the Trick Shot knee strike.

After the match, Dragunov showed respect and handed the title over to Williams.
