CM Punk makes decision about his WWE future and is confronted by Seth Rollins

During the December 11th 2023 edition of RAW, CM Punk cut a promo and discussed his history with the city of Cleveland, OH. Punk apologized for walking out in 2014 and then said the following…

“I’m here to bury those ghosts. I’m here to right a few wrongs… 10 years almost to the day, CM Punk walked out. Regardless of how you feel about it, CM Punk walks right back in… congratulations Adam Pearce, the newest RAW Superstar is named CM Punk and CM punk is home!”

World heavyweight champion Seth Rollins came to the ring and had a stare down with Punk. Rollins then said the following…

“Don’t you dare call this place your home. You abandoned this place 10 years ago… you actively tried to tear it down. You spent 10 years slandering me, slandering every person in that locker room… this is NOT your home! This is my home!”

Punk responded by saying he does things the hard way and officially entered the 2024 Royal Rumble match. Punk said when he wins, he might just pick Rollins as his Wrestlemania 40 opponent.
