Results of Adam Page vs. Brian Cage at AEW Double or Nothing 2021

“Hangman” Adam Page vs. Brian Cage (with Team Taz)

* Taz was on commentary for the match.

* Cage was wearing body armor for his entrance. Both wrestlers got huge reactions from the fans and the action started right when the bell rang. There was an immediate “cowboy shit” chant.

* Cage got the upper hand after a strong start from Page and there was a “let’s go Hangman” chant. Page came back and hit his trademark moonsault to the outside.

* After several back and forth minutes, Cage gained the upper hand by suplexing Page out of the ring to the ramp. There was a “holy shit” chant from the fans. Cage went for his own buckshot lariat but it backfired.

* Cage hit a spinning liger bomb but Page was able to kick out. Team Taz came down and Ricky Starks slid the FTW Title in the ring. However, Cage refused to use it and Taz was unhappy. Page then hit the buckshot lariat and picked up the victory.

* After the match, Page drank beer and took his leave. Cage had works with Starks and Hook prior to storming away from ringside.
