According to TheGeorgiaGazette.com, Marcus “Buff” Bagwell was arrested on Saturday, May 22nd 2021. Bagwell was charged with various misdemeanors including the following…

Speeding, failure to yield when entering an intersection, giving false data to a law enforcement officer, hit and run, followingly too closely, reckless driving, driving within a median, driving under the influence of drugs, duty upon striking a fixed object, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, and having an open container.

PWInsider.com noted that according to police records, Bagwell bonded out of jail on Monday.

Bagwell was involved in a car accident back in August of 2020 but it’s not confirmed if the charges have anything to do with that incident.
