NIGHT ONE
WWE Smackdown Women’s Title
Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Rhea Ripley
WWE Tag Team Titles
The Usos (c) vs. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens
Hell in a Cell
Edge vs. Finn Balor
Logan Paul vs. Seth Rollins
United States Title
John Cena vs. Austin Theory (confirmed by WWE for night one)
Notes: Charlotte vs. Rhea is still expected to main event. According to Meltzer, the tag team title match was planned for night one since November. Edge vs. Balor has been discussed but not confirmed. Logan has promoted his match for night one which is also his birthday.
NIGHT TWO
Unified WWE Universal Title
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cody Rhodes
WWE Intercontinental Title
Gunther (c) vs. Drew McIntyre and Sheamus
Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus vs. Damage CTRL
WWE RAW Women’s Title
Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka
Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio
Notes via Meltzer: “The belief is also that Gunther vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus for the IC title, Lita & Trish Stratus & Becky Lynch vs. Bayley & Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky, Rey vs. Dominik (If the angle is shot on day one, if not the match could be on day one) and Bianca Belair vs. Asuka for the Raw women’s title would be on the show.”
