Storyline update on Matt Riddle following attack from Solo Sikoa on WWE RAW

As previously noted, an injury angle with Matt Riddle took place during the December 5th 2022 edition of WWE RAW which ended with Riddle being taken out of the arena on a stretcher.

During the December 9th 2022 edition of WWE Smackdown, it was announced that Riddle will be out of action for six weeks due to the attack by Solo Sikoa. WWE has pulled Riddle from upcoming live events and it appears that he will be out of action until the 2023 Royal Rumble PLE.
