The September 21st 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite (Grand Slam) kicked off Claudio defending the ROH Title against Chris Jericho. After a back and forth match, Jericho hit Claudio with a low blow when the referee wasn’t looking. Jericho then hit the Judas Effect to become the new champion. Afterwards, Jericho celebrated his 8th world title win with the Jericho Appreciation Society.
