Video: Solo Sikoa relinquishes the WWE NXT North American title

During the September 20th 2022 edition of WWE NXT, Shawn Michaels addressed Solo Sikoa’s North American title victory over Carmelo Hayes. Michaels said that because Sikoa wasn’t sanctioned to be in the match, the result will not stand. As a result, Sikoa had to relinquish the title to Michaels.

Hayes wanted the title back but Michaels said there would be a five-way ladder match at Halloween Havoc to crown a new champion.
