PWInsider is now reporting that the paperwork between Corgan and TNA has been completed and everything will officially be settled sometime this week or early next week. In regards to what’s next for TNA, it’s believed that Anthem will announce that they have purchased majority ownership of Impact Ventures. Several changes are expected to be made to the internal structure of TNA, both from creative and staffing standpoint. The initial plan was for Anthem to own 85% of the company, Aeroluxe would own 10% and Dixie Carter would be left with only 5%, leaving here in somewhat of a position to benefit if the company should take off at some point in the future, however she would pretty much be out of power when it came to making decisions in the company. When and if the announcement takes place, it’s believed that Jason Brown of Aeroluxe will take the CEO of Impact Ventures position, although previous announcement made by Anthem and TNA suggested that Anthem’s Ed Nordholm would be the one making all decisions going forward. TNA is still slated to film upcoming Impact Wrestling episodes the first week of January 2017 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
