NoDQ.com > Indy > Yet Another Lawsuit Against TNA Posted by Steve Carrier on 10/24/2016 at 02:16 PM TNA Wrestling’s troubles continue as BankDirect Capital Finance, LLC has filed a lawsuit back on September 29th in Cook County, Illinois asking for $207,612.29 plus legal fees, interest and late charges. BankDirect entered into an agreement back on November 30th, 2015 with TNA Entertainment, LLC, to pay TNA $400,146.00 so TNA could pay certain insurance premiums. TNA agreed to make 10 monthly payments of $41,032.45 with the first payment coming on November 13th, 2015. As of September 29th, TNA had paid almost half of the suit but was still $207,612.29 behind.
