NoDQ.com > Indy > Bischoff suing TNA over unpaid money Posted by Aaron Rift on 05/20/2015 at 07:29 PM According to Jason Powell of ProWrestling.net, a breach of contract lawsuit has been filed by Eric Bischoff, Jason Hervey, and Garret Bischoff against TNA Wrestling. According to the lawsuit, the trio are owed $114,500.02 in unpaid compensation for the period of January 2015 through March 2015 and are also seeking attorney fees. Bischoff and Hervey (Bischoff Hervey Entertainment) were serving as executive producers for TNA on a "play or pay basis" with a yearly base fee of $426,800 which was payable in monthly installments. Eric's son Garret, who had signed a separate talent agreement with TNA, claims that the company owes him $13,000.02 in unpaid compensation for October 2014 through March 2015. Garret's contract, which expired on March 31st this year, was on a "play or pay basis" and included monthly compensation of $2,166.67 plus $500 for paid performances. The lawsuit also states that TNA was making timely payments through Steptember 2014 but lawyers had contacted TNA on November 4th, 2014 after not receiving pay in October. According to the lawsuit, after a second notice was sent, payment of $101,500 was issued on or before January 1st, 2015. BHE is currently seeking the remaining unpaid money for the final three months of their contract which expired on March 31st, 2015. TNA has not formally responded to the lawsuit at this time.
