Update on Rollins taking time off; Top WWE executive gone
Submitted by Aaron T-Bar Rift on 11/20/2020 at 02:05 PM

- As previously noted, Seth Rollins is expected to be taking time off from WWE after Survivor Series as Becky Lynch is due to give birth in December. According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, Rollins is expected to be gone for the month of December but should be back "fairly quickly." It's believed that the Rollins vs. Rey Mysterio match from last week's Smackdown was not promoted in advance because it was part of the last-minute script changes to the show.

- Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that John Brody, who was WWE's Executive Vice President of the Global Head of Sales and Partnerships division, was let go from the company earlier this week. Johnson noted that "a significant portion of Brody's team had been furloughed earlier this year and many were later let go." Johnson added that there were possibly more executive departures that haven't been confirmed yet.
