Clarification regarding WWE's policy on 3rd party platforms

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following regarding WWE's policy on talents using third party platforms:

“At Raw today, it was clarified that talent will be able to maintain both YouTube and Twitch accounts, but would have to do so using their real names as opposed to their WWE ring names. They were told they would have to inform the company of YouTube and Twitch accounts using their real names.”

It's still unknown if talents will be allowed to use Cameo even while going under their real names. Big E indicated in a video that he might not be on Cameo much longer:
