Report about Undertaker's contract; Brand invitation rule Submitted by Aaron Rift on 05/16/2020 at 10:40 AM
- Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that the Undertaker signed a 15-year contract with WWE last year which would make him close to 70 years old when it expires. Vince McMahon reportedly made a push to sign Undertaker to a long-term deal after Undertaker started taking bookings that were independent from WWE. Meltzer also mentioned that even though Undertaker has made a lot of money over the years, "financial issues with divorces and bad investments" played a role in him continuing to perform.
- On this week's edition of Smackdown, Michael Cole explained the rules of the Brand to Brand invitation. Cole revealed that superstars will be allowed to appear on the opposite brand four times a year. It wasn't explained what would happen if AJ Styles, a RAW superstar, won the Intercontinental Title tournament. Styles will be using the first of his four appearances on next week's Smackdown in a tournament match against Shinsuke Nakamura.
