Deadline.com noted that the film stars Megan Lawless, known for the horror breakout hit Obsession. Liv will play a character named Jess, although details about the role have not been revealed. The movie is being directed by first-time filmmaker Richie Gordon.

Ping follows “an aspiring creative director who lands a remote dream job, but is forced to choose between her sanity and a boss she can never mute.”

Liv is represented by CAA and also has a role in the upcoming film Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. She also previously appeared on the USA Network series Chucky.

Liv, Lawless, Savanah Moss, and Carter Jenkins are among the announced cast members for Ping, which is being produced in Mississippi.

Jacobs could now be headed to the U.S. Senate. According to a report from Axios, Jacobs is being viewed as a potential candidate for an appointment to the Senate.

The appointment could become necessary if Senator Marsha Blackburn wins the Tennessee gubernatorial race. Under Tennessee law, the governor would be responsible for appointing someone to fill the vacant Senate seat on an interim basis.

Blackburn’s campaign has pushed back against reports that she is already putting together a shortlist of potential replacements.

“She has been very clear there will be no discussions about a potential replacement until the appropriate time,” campaign manager Abigail Sigler told Axios, adding that Blackburn is currently focused on the November election.

If Blackburn wins the governor’s race and leaves her Senate seat vacant, she would have the authority to appoint an interim replacement. The person selected would serve until the next statewide election for the seat in 2028.

We have 600 fighters, as an example, in our stable at the UFC. We do, to your point, really rely on development. Keep in mind that when you look at WWE, 75% of the superstars come from NXT. Several wrestling companies are reportedly interested in Kairi, including promotions outside the United States. However, sources familiar with the situation said she is not expected to make Marigold her “home in Japan.”

It remains unclear how close AEW and Kairi may be to reaching an agreement or what issues, if any, still need to be resolved before a deal can be completed.

The lawsuit states that Flair had spent decades building his professional identity and describes his career as “building something… through his body, his blood, his pain, his persona, his craft, and his commitment to excellence at a level that only sixteen world championships can describe.”

According to the complaint, FAM sent Flair a contract by email on December 5th 2025. He allegedly opened it at 5:57 PM and signed it at 6:11 PM. The lawsuit states: “In those fourteen minutes, without the benefit of legal counsel, without a single attorney reviewing a single word on his behalf,” Flair allegedly surrendered an “irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable license” covering his identity and digital assets worldwide.

The complaint further alleges that FAM knew Flair did not have a lawyer despite contractual language stating that the agreement had been negotiated with counsel.

FAM allegedly offered Flair speaking engagements and appearances, with him receiving 90 percent of the proceeds, as well as 50 percent of revenue from “collaborative projects” and 10 percent from “passive content.” The company also allegedly promised to restore his “hacked, demonetized” Facebook page, which it claimed could generate six figures per month. The complaint states, “These were not aspirations. They were contractual obligations.”

Flair alleges that FAM failed to provide the promised opportunities, stating that it “sourced not one speaking engagement. Not one in-person appearance. Not one personal project at the ninety percent royalty tier. It reposted existing content.”

The lawsuit further alleges that FAM generated as much as $20,000 per month from Flair’s Facebook page while paying him “next to nothing.” It also claims the company transferred control of the page to itself, preventing Flair’s existing team from accessing it and interfering with a potential advertising deal.

The complaint describes the agreement as “not a contract,” but “a trap,” and argues that FAM used the agreement to obtain control over Flair’s digital identity. It also alleges that FAM was involved in an existing legal dispute with ufologist Steven Greer when Flair signed the agreement but did not disclose that litigation to him.

Flair is asking the court to rescind the agreement, return control of his Facebook page, declare that FAM has no rights to his name, image or likeness, and provide a complete accounting of revenue generated using his identity. He is seeking at least $5 million for breach of contract and at least $5 million for fraudulent inducement, along with additional damages, disgorgement of alleged profits, attorney fees and court costs.

Flair told The Independent that he “wants to bury” the people at FAM Networks and said he has lost at least $250,000 in revenue so far.

There is currently no word regarding a trial date.
