NoDQ.com > WWE > Why Mick Foley Hasn't Taken Time Off Yet
Posted by Steve Carrier on 12/20/2016 at 01:06 PM

We reported over the weekend that Mick Foley is expected to take time off to get replacement hip surgery. Our original report stated that he was taking time off WWE television for the remainder of the year because he asked for time off to be with his family during Christmas season and to get the surgery all lined up.

Foley actually ended up appearing at the Roadblock and Monday’s RAW event following our report. We noted that Foley was in town doing charity work for Connor’s cure which is why the company called him in on Sunday.

In regards to his appearance on Monday, We were told told that Stephanie McMahon actually was unable to work Monday’s RAW, so they needed Foley to appear as an authority figure for that show.
