We reported previously that the Elimination Chamber would be making a return on Sunday, February 12th, 2017 at the TSR Arena in Phoenix, AZ. This will be the final SmackDown pay-per-view event before WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania.

What’s interesting about this event is that John Cena is not currently scheduled for the show. Superstars being advertised for the show include AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, The Usos, Becky Lynch, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Natalya, and Nikki Bella.

It is very odd that WWE wouldn’t be advertising the face of their company so close to WrestleMania. There is a good chance that he could be taking another hiatus from the company shortly after the Royal Rumble to film his next movie titled, The Pact.
