The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that tickets for this Sunday's WWE Unforgiven PPV in Cleveland, OH are moving slower than expected. Less than 6,000 tickets are believed to have been sold. Lots of local stations are said to be giving away tickets to boost attendance.
