Thanks to MMANews.com for the following:

The undercard for UFC 107, which is set to see BJ Penn defending his lightweight title against Diego Sanchez in Memphis, TN has another addition, Canadian TJ Grant will take on Kevin Burns in welterweight action.

MMANews.com confirmed the bout with sources close to both camps. The two fighters have agreed to the bout but it has not been made official by the UFC.

Grant who made his UFC debut in April holds a 14-3 career record and has gone 1-1 in the Octagon, winning the debut against Ryo Chonan and losing a to Dong Hyun Kim at UFC 100 in July.
