NoDQ.com > UFC > Jason Day To Replace Leben At UFC 85
Posted by Bobby Spade on 05/11/2008 at 10:07 PM

It was reported earlier this week that Chris Leben had to pull out of his scheduled bout with Michael Bisping at UFC 85 after he was issued jail time that would directly effect his training leading up to the bout.

The UFC announced earlier that Jason Day, who made his UFC debut byt desimating Alan Belcher at UFC 83, three weeks ago in Montreal, will be taking the bout against Bisping.

Both fighters will be taking the fight on short notice after the card nearly completely fell apart when Chuck Liddell was injured and had to pull out of his main event tilt with Rashad Evans.
