NoDQ.com > UFC > Anderson Silva vs. Roy Jones Won't Happen?

UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva is on a seven-fight winning streak and has virtually cleaned out UFC's middleweight division. After defeating Dan Henderson last month at UFC 82, Silva issued a challenge to boxing great Roy Jones, Jr.

UFC President Dana White has responded to Silva's challenge, stating that is no way that there will be a fight between Silva and Roy Jones held under professional boxing rules.

With a fight against Roy Jones appearing unlikely, Silva's next opponent is rumored to be Yushin Okami - the last man to defeat him back in January 2006.
