The Gillespie Agency, who represents both Ric Flair and Mick Foley, is expected to release a statement regarding Mick Foley's departure from the WWE sometime after his deal expires on September 1st. There has been a ton of speculation as to whether or not he'll be heading to TNA, but if that is indeed the case, TNA has been keeping it very tight-lipped.
One source claims that TNA is already thinking of T-Shirt and merchandise ideas for Foley, so that seems to indicate that the two sides are definitely talking in a serious manner about him making the jump.
