NoDQ.com > TNA > TNA Wrestling responds to Konnan's lawsuit
Posted by Bobby Spade on 03/27/2008 at 11:07 PM

TNA Wrestling filed a complaint in the United States District Court in Texas yesterday, seeking a declaratory order that Konnan cannot pursue his complaint against the company. In his lawsuit filed against TNA, Konnan is alleging negligence on the behalf of the company as well as racial discrimination in connection with the Konnan gimmick.

According to TNA’s complaint, Konnan agreed to accept responsibility for any injuries from wrestling with the company and agreed not to file any lawsuit for damages from working with the company. CourtHouseNews.com has obtained a copy of TNA’s complaint filed against Konnan and have posted it on their website.
