Amalgam Rhapsody:...a Poem
Submitted by LoneLee on 05/06/2019 at 10:43 AM

With Wrestlemania a thing of the past and all it's luster gone
We had to know the string wouldn't last and now we muster on

Cemented their places in history did both Kofi and The Man
Becoming the top faces in the industry, above any trophy in demand

Fans supported the underdogs struggle in the long run since it began
Despite convoluted storylines and the out-of-touch Vince McMahon

But it may have been for not it's worth and all the trouble, you see
Due to the fact at the end of the day we know it's still WWE...

Historically low weekly ratings for both the red and blue brands
Formulas stale and frustrating from the creative crews hands

Too much Becky 2 Belts mic work and  overexposure to bare
Stop diluting the reasons we like her and PLEASE give us closure with Flair!

Refusing to change course to push the Queen, stubborn as hell
Bemusingly she'll be forced to job to the retro green southern belle.

With Kingston new to the main event scene and Tuesday night star power lacking
Convincing opponents are far in between and his reign might soon lose its backing

Will he fling away this crowning achievement like so many pancakes before?
Or will the happy go lucky smiling champ trade in his handshakes for more?

An ongoing superstar shakeup that never seems decided or finished
Teams continue to breakup in a division completely diminished

No more Black-ochet, Bar, or Glorious duo all over and through in a flash
In favor of man-children, an "experience," and Robert Roode's new mustache

It's a bleak time for the roster as the number of injuries increase
In tow with the discontented talent requesting for its release

Is this what the dooming company offers as their way to compete,
With the new looming promotion to be soon headed by The Elite?
