To be clear, this is not the same as my Superstar of the Year rankings. For the following top five, it is strictly based on the bell to bell action. Not promos or any other BS.
Also please note I wrote this nearly two and a half months ago.

5. Brock Lesnar 4. Daniel Bryan 3. Roman Reigns 2. AJ Styles
1. Seth Rollins - It is very hard to have a "Most Outstanding Performer Of The Year" but also a "Superstar Of The Year" category. I am going to try and spread the love around WWE, so it may come off a little strange admittedly. I want to give everybody credit they deserve. In terms of this award, Seth Rollins was the obvious answer. His promo on Raw a few weeks ago explained it all. Whether it was Mojo Rawley, Finn Balor, Roman Reigns, John Cena, or whoever - he was great bell to bell. That is the entire basis for 'most outstanding performer.' Thus, easy number one.
