Wrestle Review: Repackaging

JBL will step away from the Smackdown Live broadcast team in order to focus on his new role as a Beyond Sports Global Ambassador. "After much consideration, I will be stepping back my weekly role as Smackdown announcer to dedicate more time to the work I've done since 2010 with at risk kids and communities". It's certainly admirable for him to continue such a cause he so strongly believes in full time. I wonder who replaces him on commentary?

In a move that was a long time coming, Dolph Ziggler will debut the "repackage of Mr. Ziggler", shall we say. Don't just bring him back as a dancing side-show. Whatever they bring him back as, I wonder if he'll be in any kind of prime spot again or if this is just one last gasp for the guy?

We are two months away from Survivor Series. Why is that relevant, you ask? John Cena and Roman Reigns meet at No Mercy but you know this isn't a one-off feud. The in-ring segment between John and Roman Monday was pure gold! There's nothing better to sell a story than some truth, right? Then, as WWE is wont to do these days, the Uso's take to twitter to respond. I'm thinking this might lead to an inter-brand Survivor Series match of some sort. Perhaps Uso's, Roman and (?) Rock vs Cena and three guys they can give enough money to act like they like him.(Show and the Hype Bros, maybe).

Returning to the repackaging thing I talked about earlier, would they repackage Big Cass when he returns? I like the Enzo thing. Sure, he's still on Raw but it's only one small cruiserweight segment. They guy could probably be GFW Champion, to be honest. I mean, Eli Drake became champion last week.

Moving forward on Raw and Smackdown, it should be pretty interesting. Good or bad-and Raw has been the better show lately, we shall see.
