"I have been reading your stuff on 411mania and nodq.com for the longest time now and I have never felt inclined to email in. The general consensus of you not being most popular is harsh at times but also can be well-founded too. But I still read your stuff because I do enjoy your articles and find your perspective interesting most of the time.

That said, your article about your friend Megan and trip to Wrestlemnaia was the greatest thing you have ever wrote. Forget about the predictions you brag about getting right. This is your crowning piece. Maybe it is because I can relate as going to Wrestlemania is my ultimate dream and it will be happening next year. But I genuinely loved your article.
Thank you for the great stuff."

My new 411mania column was posted on Tuesday. I take a flipped look at WWE Battleground 2017. Rather than give my true take on each match, I give the devil's advocate point of view. A shame nobody seems to have caught that and completely missed the point. Here is the column...
Alright, all eyes on Brooklyn folks. Ember Moon is heading towards the long awaited rematch with Asuka for the NXT Womens Championship, and Drew McIntyre is on his much discussed collision course with NXT Champion Bobby Roode. Two worthwhile main event matches there. Surely, the under card will fill out nicely, and Summerslam weekend will be as entertaining as ever.
Oh, baby. No spoilers from me, but see this movie! I saw it last Friday night at a Wisconsin Dells drive in. Pretty cool experience. The real fun came during the flick though. First off, stay until after the end credits. Many like to get up and leave early to beat the traffic/rush from the crowd going home. Don't! Stay seated through it all. Secondly, I don't care for the franchise getting ANOTHER reset with new actors and such. However, I think it worked. The quick short scenes from IronMan (that is not a spoiler so relax) really helped set the stage for this new SpiderMan. Worked well. Last but not least, there are a few INTENSE scenes during the movie with some wicked twists. Like a sucker, I didn't see any of it coming. I always think that I will be able to catch all the little clues and predict the 'twist' before it happens but nope! I was caught off guard once again. Kudos to the film maker for being able to pull off the surprise. Big shocker that had me, my friends, and the rest of the crowd stunned. Two thumbs up. Good movie.
A little boost for both RAW and Smackdown LIVE this week in viewership. Both were up. Both deserved that increase. If you noticed, Raw has been having cliffhangers and amatches set in stone a week in advance more and more. That is great! All shows should have that hook, something that makes you WANT to watch the following week. I absolutely loved the teaser last week with Kurt Angle on the phone as Raw went off the air. Brilliant. Now we are getting multiple bouts set up and more. Same with Smackdown. You have to give viewers a reason to watch! Always, always, always have something planned for next week. Such a simple yet effective concept.
Surprise, surprise, surprise.
Brock Lesnar is rumored to be thinking about yet another return to the UFC when his WWE contract is up in eight months (following WrestleMania 34). He still has time left to serve on a suspension, so a return to the octagon by the end of 2017 or early 2018 seems unlikely...but hey, if rules can be bent for CM Punk and others to get in there and fight, maybe Brock can too? There is a big UFC show at the end of the year. You bet Dana White would love to have him on the pay-per-view poster for that one.
We'll see how this all shakes out. Brock Lesnar is now over 40 years old, appears to be winding down his run in WWE (and as Universal Champion no less), and there is no doubt he'd enjoy another big MMA payday down the road. The man is box office anywhere, so like it or not, companies will bend over backwards to accommodate The Beast.
He can call his own shots at this point in his lifetime - whether it be more time in WWE or one final shot in UFC. The only question is what does he truly want? Only Brock Lesnar knows.
The return of NRW is officially over 1,000 views online. Months ago, when this all began, my target was hitting one thousand. After barely a week, we have already crossed that mark. Pleased with the result obviously but mildly disappointed because many did say they would post/share it and haven't. Those with a much larger reach did not hold up their end of the bargain unfortunately. Kinda sucks they backed out but still, positive thoughts baby! I hit the 1,000 view target I set out for myself, and that is what is most important. The match is posted below. Well worth the 15 minutes!
NRW: The Match
This is it folks. After years of talk and months of planning, the return finally happened. On Saturday, June 17th, a great group of guys and gals gathered for a one time, one night return to the squared circle. There is a nice article detailing the backstory of these events here (https://noahwatry.tv/2017/07/09/the-lessons-of-backyard-wrestling-wwe-superstar-hopes-and-dreams-of-flying/) to set the stage. Please read that and then when ready, enjoy the 15 minute spectacle! Any and all feedback is welcome. We all put a ton of time, effort, and money into making this reunion possible, so it is with pleasure I present to you No Rulez Wrestling...
I went to Orlando, Florida for my first ever WrestleMania earlier in the year. I participated in the return of NRW a few weeks ago. Next up for my epic 2017:
