As previously noted, WWE is reportedly interested in signing NJPW star Jay White. Twitter account @WrestleVotes noted the following about the rumors:

Lots of Jay White / WWE rumors swirling and I can say with certainly that a few of the boys have went out of their way to speak highly of him. And that resonates with some more than others. It’s “game” time.

During Wrestling Observer Radio Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com praised White's performance at Wrestle Kingdom 15:

"Jay White does everything right. He can do everything in the ring. It’s almost like he is the ultimate pro wrestler. I can’t even think of anyone who plays their role any better. I mean I just though it was an amazing performance. Did you see the interview he did after the match? That was one of the best interviews- I mean that was like a Ric Flair-level interview. It was incredible."
