McIntyre health update; AEW touring schedule
Submitted by Aaron Rift on 09/12/2019 at 08:26 AM

- Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com is reporting that Drew McIntyre was sick for a few weeks prior to having minor surgery. McIntyre kept working through the illness and apparently struggled to get out of bed for his King of the Ring match against Ricochet. When WWE finally had him see a doctor, McIntyre was ordered into surgery just three hours later. The reason for the surgery is unknown other than it wasn't muscle or bone related.

- Regarding AEW's television touring schedule, Dave Meltzer is reporting that pretty much all the shows have been booked for the rest of 2019. There is apparently nothing scheduled for the West Coast yet but the belief is that the region will get shows in 2020.

Like WWE, AEW is selling tickets on the TV side first and then opening up sections on the hard camera side.
