WWE Had Interest In Injured Independent Star
Submitted by Heel By Nature on 12/06/2018 at 11:28 AM

Marko Stunt has been making waves on the independent scene, which was put on hold due to a recent injury. On November 16th, Stunt suffered a broken leg during a match against Eli Everfly at Joey Janela’s LA Confidential event hosted by GCW.

His injury came at a bad time, as according to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both the WWE and AAA has interest in the 23 year old emerging superstar.

Stunt became an overnight sensation over the summer after his performance at the Lost In New York event for GCW. Stung also went on to perform at the ALL IN pay-per-view this past September.

Stunt is currently recovering after undergoing surgery, no word on a timeline for return quite yet.
