Original plan for Rousey/TLC; Strowman surgery update
Submitted by Aaron Rift on 11/23/2018 at 12:42 PM

- Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com is reporting that WWE's original plan was for Ronda Rousey to feud with a heel Natalya around this time. However, the death of Natalya's father Jim Neidhart forced WWE to drop the planned storyline since the company felt it would be too difficult to make a Natalya heel turn work. This is what led to WWE putting Nia Jax into Natalya's role instead.

- PWInsider.com is reporting that Braun Strowman is scheduled to have elbow surgery this coming Monday in Birmingham, Alabama. WWE is hoping that Strowman's recovery time will be minimal and he'll be ready to go for the TLC PPV match against Baron Corbin. However, the extent of Strowman's injury won't be known for sure until he is actually opened up.
