NJPW willing to pay big money for WWE stars?
Submitted by Aaron Rift on 11/01/2018 at 09:08 PM

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com commented on NJPW possibly offering big money to sign WWE talents. Here is what Meltzer said courtesy of WrestlingNews.co:

“There were some offers that have been made to some guys in WWE that surprised me in the sense of how much they could make outside of WWE.”

He added, “One person who is there got an offer for ridiculous money for way less dates and it very much surprised me. This would be one of the top guys in WWE. New Japan is weird but they are willing to pay real big money like they did with [Chris] Jericho.”

While Meltzer did not mention names, there have been rumors about former NJPW stars like Shinsuke Nakamura, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows returning to the promotion once their WWE deals expire.
