NXT injury reportedly a work; Good news for GLOW Submitted by Aaron Rift on 07/12/2018 at 10:53 AM
- Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com is reporting that the Lars Sullivan broken jaw injury is actually just a work. The belief is that the storyline was created to make Sullivan look strong in a losing effort to Aleister Black at the NXT Takeover: Chicago II event. WWE is keeping Sullivan off shows to sell the injury as legit.
- According to Variety.com, the second season of GLOW has been a success for Netflix. The season averaged 700,000 viewers in the U.S. per episode in the first three days of being released and 86% of those viewers were between 18-49 years of age. In the first three days, the premiere drew 1.33 million viewers in the United States.
In another positive stat for the series, the median family income of the viewers was $80,200 per year which is the third highest of any Netflix series behind The Crown and House of Cards.
At this time, a 3rd season has not been officially announced.
