Possible change to future NXT Takeover events
Submitted by Aaron Rift on 06/30/2018 at 09:50 AM

During the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com commented on NXT Takeover events possibly increasing in length soon. Here is what Meltzer said courtesy of RingsideNews.com:

“So WWE NXT is going to be starting an hour earlier. I don’t know if the next TakeOver, the Brooklyn show I don’t know that Brooklyn is starting earlier. I’ll try to get that confirmed in the next couple of days. But I know the Los Angeles show is starting 1 hour earlier, 7 o’clock eastern which is 4 o’clock local time.”

“The idea is the shows will be under 3 hours that they will be over at 10. Usually, these shows are under 2 1/2 hours. The idea is not to lengthen the shows but based on the history of the changes in WWE that weren’t supposed to lengthen the shows and did lengthen the shows I think it’s probably going to end up the same thing.”
