- In an interview with SI.com, Billy Corgan gave an update on current plans for the NWA that he will be in charge of:
"Our focus is on the NWA plan, and we have a 20-year plan. We’re not going to just come in and throw money around for two years. We’ve learned from the past mistakes of TNA, which we have intimate knowledge of."
- According to an article on NYDailyNews.com, Shane McMahon is suing a legal marijuana company that he invested a reported $500,000 into. According to the lawsuit, McMahon was misled by owner Joseph Palmier. Here is an excerpt from the article:
The lawsuit says that Palmieri had approached McMahon about investing, telling him that the modules were state of the art, allowing for “around-the-clock growth in a climate-controlled environment that was safe from theft.”
After making the investment, McMahon traveled to Fort Collins, Colo., to inspect EnviroGrow’s manufacturing plant, but found it virtually nonexistent, according to the lawsuit.
