- The reason former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio will not be coming to Impact Wrestling has to do with John Gaburick no longer having a prominent role in creative. It’s being said he was the guy who was pushing to bring Del Rio in.

As previously noted, Del Rio was originally scheduled to appear at the last set of tapings, but it was decided to push his debut back until the March tapings. With Gaburick no longer running things, he will not be making his debut for the company now.

- Matt Hardy acknowledged the expiration of his TNA contract with the following tweet:
