Austrian website KRONE reported that Alberto Del Rio/El Partron was arrested on December 30th following a wrestling event in the city of Leoben. Apparently, Del Rio and his brother El Hijo del Dos Cara were involved in a brawl at a nightclub which resulted in a person being hospitalized. PWInsider.com has confirmed that the arrest indeed took place.

According to the KRONE website, authorities needed to use ankle cuffs to restrain Del Rio after he broke through wire ties. It was also reported that Del Rio and his brother got into a fist fight at police headquarters with Del Rio's brother reportedly being knocked out.

After being released by police, Del Rio returned to the United States and was seen with Paige outside the arena at today's RAW TV taping.
