American Express Travel Related Service Company has filed a lawsuit against TNA Wrestling for unpaid bills.

The suit was filed back on July 20th in the Supreme Court of New York state. American Express claims that TNA owes them a nonpayment of $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. The suit claims that TNA used their American Express Corporate account to charge various items and then never paid AMEX.

The suit is also claiming that TNA agreed to payments on the receipt and court costs if they case went to court. Additionally, AMEX claimed that the agreement would see TNA paying all reasonable costs when it came to AMEX collecting what they were owed, including delinquency fees and finance charges.

On top of asking for $269,049.50, AMEX wants all legal costs to be paid as well.
