NoDQ.com > Indy > Bomb Scare at Ring of Honor Office Posted by Steve Carrier on 04/28/2016 at 05:34 PM Apparently the Ring of Honor office (WJZ-TV station) in Baltimore, Maryland had a bomb scare today when a man walked into the WJZ-TV station lobby and claimed he had a bomb. A security guard with Fox 45 said a man walked into the station wearing a hedgehog outfit and medical mask, claiming he had a bomb. “He pretty much said he had a bomb on him and that he had a message that he needed to be heard,” said the security guard. The security guard said the suspect had a flash drive containing files that had to do with astronomy. “It pretty much had to do with any with astronomy–black holes, the sun, about it being liquid and gas, and he just wanted to say that the government was wrong in thinking about the way they do when it comes to anything in space,” said the guard. A vehicle outside of the building was also on fire. Police are currently looking into the situation. We will post more details as we receive it. In a update, Baltimore Police spokesperson T.J. Smith says the suspect was then shot after refusing demands by police. Smith says the suspect is still alive at this time, and that “the situation is not secure.” It has not yet been confirmed if the man has explosives on his person.
