Audio of Triple H’s promo last week to clips and videos of Seth Rollins and his recent (legit) knee injury at the hands of Samoa Joe last week.

Foley and Steph are in the ring to open the show. Mick introduces Samoa Joe. Stephanie doesn’t like Mick’s lack of enthusiasm and berates Mick (again). Joe says it took him 18 years to get here. Calls out Foley for saying he's a fan of his. That despite that, only 1 man got him in the WWE (Triple H). He said if that means doing Triple H's dirty work in return, so be it. Calls himself The Destroyer. Roman Reigns comes out. He suggests Joe try threatening him. Now they’re face to face. Foley makes a match between Joe and Roman.

Bayley’s walking backstage with Cesaro and Sheamus. She has a match against Nia Jax next.

Bayley vs Nia Jax: Announcers talk about Nia holding the female powerlifting record at the WWE Performance Center. Bayley’s trying to get offense in, but Nia keeps shutting her down. She threw her face first into the middle turnbuckle.

After the commercial break, it’s more of the same. Nia keeps shutting down Bayley’s offense. Bayley swings the momentum back in her favor after throwing Nia into the ring post. Charlotte runs down to the ring and the ref stops the count. Nia capitalizes and hits her finisher for the win.

*That didn’t make much sense at all for the ref to stop his count. He was up to 8 or 9 and just stopped. But Bayley’s got a title match next week. I assume she’ll lose due to shenanigans.

Braun Strowman vs 4 jobbers: Basic squash. One guy ran out of the ring, leaving the others behind. The remaining 3 got pinned simultaneously. Braun says he wants competition and that he’s coming for Foley. He finds Foley backstage and Mick puts him in a match with Roman Reigns at Fastlane.

*Braun says he wants more competition. Didn’t he have plenty at the RR?

Akira Tozawa vignette. Cesaro was doing a voiceover/interview hyping him up.

Akira Tozawa vs Drew Gulak: Tozawa’s doing a lot of yelling. He almost sounds like a dog barking. He hits a flying headbutt to the outside, followed by a Shining Wizard, but Gulak kicked out. Got the win with a German Suplex. THE Brian Kendrick showed up and shook Tozawa’s hand.

Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho make their way to the ring. Owens says he’s proved people wrong his entire career. Jericho says after he successfully defends his US title later against Sami Zayn, everyone will call him the greatest of all time. He has a bone to pick with people who call themselves the GOAT. And he puts Tom Brady on The List. Jericho gets back to saying he and Owens headline WM as champion vs champion. Owens says he doesn’t want to fight Chris. Before he can continue, Goldberg interrupts. He says Owens and Jericho can leave, or take him 2 on 1. He accepts Brock Lesnar’s challenge for a match at WM. Owens says it’d make a great undercard match. Owens asks him why he’s been champ so long. Goldberg says it’s because he’s never faced him and challenges him to a title match at Fastlane. Jericho gets ready to put him on the list for that, but Goldberg takes it and puts himself on The List. Jericho says Goldberg’s got his match… against Owens. Owens isn’t happy about that.
Now they’re backstage and Owens wants to know why Jericho accepted the match for him. He doesn’t feel Jericho has his back and walks off.

Raw Tag Team Championship: Cesaro and Sheamus vs The Club: Enzo and Cass are at ringside. The Club win by DQ after Cass kicks Gallows for kicking Enzo.

*I really couldn’t get into the match. These 2 teams have faced off dozens of times already. WWE is too reliant on repetitive matches.

We get a video celebrating Black History Month. This video was on Jackie Robinson; one of the most influential people in US history.

Another Seth Rollins/HHH video? They just ran it earlier.

New Day vs Shining Stars: Surprisingly, they (New Day) weren’t even on Raw last week. The mock the Shining Stars and their brochures for Puerto Rico. New Day says they give the people what they want. They tease giving the fans ice cream next. New Day got the win by hitting the Midnight Hour. It was a solid little match.

Chris Jericho interviewed backstage. He’s asked if Owens storming off will have any effect on him during his match against Sami Zayn. He says while Sami is a tremendous competitor, there’s no way he beats him twice in a row. He calls last week a fluke. As for Owens, he said sometimes best friends have minor disagreements. Owens shows up and says that Jericho’s always been there for him, and that at Fastlane, he’ll beat Goldberg. As for tonight, he’ll be in Jericho’s corner. They hug it out.

The Rock and Roll Express are announced as the newest inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame.

US Championship: Chris Jericho vs Sami Zayn: Jericho gets the win after Owens hits Zayn with a superkick while the ref’s back was turned. Before that, Jericho thought Sami tapped out to the Walls of Jericho, but Zayn reached the ropes. Jericho then hit Zayn with a Codebreaker for the win.

Sasha Banks getting her knee looked at in the trainer’s room. Charlotte walks in and taunts her about being Raw Women’s Champion and for how Nia attacked both her and Bayley. She says Nia will put Bayley right next to her. She says Roadblock: End of the Line wasn’t just the end of their feud, it was the end of Sasha’s career.

Austin Aries is in the ring. He’s interviewing Cruiserweight Champion Neville. Aries says on 205 Live, it’ll be a Fatal 5 way to determine the #1 contender. He asks Neville which guy scares him most. Neville calls him delusional. He says no one scares him. He says no matter who the #1 contender is, they’ll bow to him. Cedric Alexander makes his way to the ring, followed by Noam Dar. Dar says he’ll take the CW title, just like he took Alicia Fox from Cedric. Jack Gallagher says if there’s going to be a king of the CW, he should be a gentlemen. Tony Nese makes his way now. And now TJ Perkins. Says he was the first CW champ, and knows what it takes to win. Says he and Neville have unfinished business and now everyone’s fighting.

Cedric Alexander, Jack Gallagher, and TJ Perkins vs Neville, Noam Dar, and Tony Nese: Neville walks off as Dar went to make the tag. Cedric hits Dar with the Lumbar Check for the win.

Owens and Jericho backstage. Jericho says they’ll have a festival to celebrate their friendship.

Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe: Joe attacked Reigns while he was walking down the ramp. They’re fighting at ringside. After the break, Roman gets in the ring and the match finally starts. Joe continues to assault Roman. Roman starts to make his comeback. Joe slows him down with a Pele kick in the corner. These 2 are doing a great job. Just beating the hell out of each other. Roman hits the Superman Punch, and Braun interrupts. He takes a Superman Punch, and Joe capitalizes for the win. After the match. Braun hits Roman with a Powerslam. Reigns fights back, but Strowman hits his head on the steps. Then hits Roman with the steps once he gets up. He gives Roman a Powerslam through the barricade.

After Raw went off, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman showed up. Heyman said Goldberg left already, but that Brock was looking for a fight. Big Show answered the call, and ate an F5.
