"Quick story: I wanted to save money, so I went to a friends house & started watching a WWE ppv. I started to notice it was kind of pixely, so I asked what cable company he uses. He informed me he was streaming it. Now, I didn't leave because it is my friend. I did watch the ppv in it's entirety. When I got home, I called my provider and ordered the ppv, then went to bed because I give a crap about the company and I support it."

- Darrin, wrestling fan

This will be a quick column. No lying or excuses to be made here. I will answer an email question from Steve and then discuss a little TNA Impact Wrestling. For the weekend, I will post my "career suicide" column which was brought to us all by Wendy! Pretty simple stuff, huh?

Steve via email:

"I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your columns; they are witty and bang on the money. I like your subject matter, and your opinions are very similar to mine. Some of the other columns I read are full of cussing and fantasy booking, both pet hates of mine. So keep up the good work, and I'll continue to read!"

Thank you very much Steve. I am with you as well. When I first was introduced to the "IWC" many, many, many, many years ago, I read EVERY column about EVERY topic imaginable. Over time though, you just realize 90% of it is pointless babbling from "fans." It really is. Right now, I regularly read just THREE columnists online. Of the hundreds upon hundred of writers out there, I only bother to keep up with three of them. Feel free to guess who those talented three are! The rest are all the same - whining, crying, complaining, and no logic whatsoever. After awhile, you just stop reading their "work."

Steve continuing via email:

"One thing I do disagree with you though is your opinions about copied DVDs. I buy old Raws/Smackdowns and some WCW stuff because I cannot get them on official DVD. If they were on DVD, I would buy them from the WWE, but they're not, so I cant. I believe there is nothing wrong with buying these. After all, I already paid my SKY subscription fee when they were shown many years ago. I do pay for every PPV on Sky and also pay my Sky subscription, so I can watch current Raw/Smackdown and any other WWE program I come across. I was just curious what your opinion was on this?"

Tricky way to answer this one. Basically, what you are referring to is "tape trading." It is not really illegally, but it left the industry about 20 years ago. Obviously, WWE does not seel some Raw/Smackdown/WCW videos. Thus, it is hard to say if you are "stealing" from them or not.

It is one of those "frowned upon" deeds. I wouldn't call it one way or another. Like you said, WWE is not releasing the footage, so it isn't cutting into their profits. As you mentioned, the company gets their money from Sky and subscriptions paid for. As long as you are doing so legally, it shouldn't be a problem. Tough call in the end - may not be wrong but is not right either.

As for today's title, I want to thank Shaq and TNA! Yes, that is right. I want to send out my best wishes to both of them for tonight. As most know by now, Shaq is backstage at TNA Impact right now. There has been NO announcement of any kind, but an appearance is possible. I just checked his Twitter page, and he said "thanks guys" to BHE - which is Eric Bischoff's production company. Maybe he was simply there for a business deal? I don't know. He could just be visiting, but I hope not. With just that small little rumor, I have some BREAKING NEWS for everybody reading this.

Ladies and gentlemen, I will check out TNA Impact Wrestling tonight live on Spike TV!

You can thank Shaq for that. He is a HUGE name in the world of sports. There is a reason why WWE has wanted to set up a match with him for so long. There is a reason why he is packed with Twitter followers. There is a reason why he still remain relevant, despite retiring from basketball last year. There is a reason why I have decided to attempt watching TNA once again.

Three weeks ago, I turned TNA Impact off after less than an hour.

Two weeks ago, I didn't watch at all.

Last week, I didn't watch at all.

Tonight, I will watch Impact.

Thank you Shaq...and TNA!

*What do you folks think? Will Shaq make an appearance tonight? Let me know on Twitter @JustinWatry! Also, feel free to email me any time at jw_bball_615@hotmail.com, juwa15@yahoo.com, jw.bball.615@gmail.com - I read ALL feedback. Thank you!*
